Jonathan Zuk the Founder and President of MyTicketPro and Amadeo Travel Solutions, got hooked on travel industry during his university days. Jonathan started in the travel and tourism industry working for large outbound tour operators, and after learning about the business, he decided to become an entrepreneur and open Amadeo Travel Solutions and then Empire Vacations as a DBA. He established Amadeo Travel Solutions as an inbound operator selling hotel rooms and group services. However, soon came the dreaded 9/11, and the company lost all the business it had on the books, this also coincided with the rise of online hotel booking websites such as hotels.com. At this point of time, Jonathan realized that he needed to recreate the company to survive, which led to the inception of Amadeo Travel Solutions/Empire Vacations in its current form. A conglomerate that became a pioneer with API technology and being one of the first attractions to offer tours to Expedia, Get Your Guide and Viator in the early 2000’s.

Founder & President, Jonathan embarked on his professional journey within the industry by assuming the role of an outbound tour operator. Through collaborations with various local inbound tour operators, like Amadeo Travel Solutions/Empire Vacations, he gained invaluable insights into the daily challenges faced by clients.
